I think I have a solution to this issue.
1) Allow for the autopilot to Warp to 0Km and jump as normal in high sec space.
2) In Low sec space ONLY, allow the autopilot to warp to 0KM as well, HOWEVER the ship must wait 10 seconds before the gate activates.
Benefits: 1) No insta bookmarks. You are on top of the gate anyway, and you MUST wait 10secs before the gate jumps you.
2) This gives pirates ample oppurtunity to take down anyone who is stupid or crazy enough to Autopilot /AFK fly in low sec space.

Or you could realise that warp to 0 stops instas, not lazyness.

your comment makes no sense...this way anyone who autopilots in low space is penalized for it, if you want to warp to 0km and jump instantly you have to do it manualy.

There isn't an issue with autopilot not warping to 0m. Warping to 0m is an option, a benefit if you will, provided for those who are active and take care of their ships.
That the autopilot does not act intelligently is intended. The autopilot (in active mode) is to be used when speed is not of the essence, and the route is deemed "safe". You use the autopilot to get from A to B without participating in the journey between. Expect it to take a while.
To make the journey pass faster, you need to put an effort into it. CCP has provided ample tools for making this effort effortless, but they require you to be there.

From what I heard many chairs were broken discussing the insta problem in CCP head quarters. It might be a good idea to put this sort of request on ice till things have cooled down before we request yet another 0km function from CCP. They might just get pis*ed and go back to the old system.

That won't happen unless they want to revive the insta market.
This doesn't affect the people who don't travel much; or have to do it all but rarely.
The majority of complaints, I imagine, come from newer players that don't see the point; and veteran Haulers who feel left out (freights didn't even get an hp bonus).
