Ever since the patch, I've had a recurring issue on all of my accounts where I will dock in a station, and the game will tell me that there is nobody in station (via the list in the station ui that tells you who is in station). The only time somebody shows up on it is when they dock while I am already docked in station.
This is extremely annoying because not only do i have limited intel on who is docked, but it also hinders trading to alts, especially when right click-->trade from a chat we're both in doesn't work half the time.
Could somebody please comment and tell me either how to fix this or confirm that it's a bug and will be fixed soon. Thanks. |

I'm sorry, i'm visualizing that there actually isn't anybody docked when you show up.
That would also explain why the only people who show up are those who dock after you.
It's ... i don't know ... it sounds funny. ^^

I have seen this happen since Crucible in Jita a few times. I just assumed it was a way to cut down on the lag. |

If you want to cut down client-side lag in jita, disable chatlogging. ^^

I've seen this a couple times since the patch.
Jump cloning seems to cause it for me. I can have an alt in station, and jump clone another alt to that station. The jumpclone will see no one in station, the clone there shows everyone including the jumped char.
Have they fixed podding to a random station yet?

This has happened to me also. I find that I cannot open a trade window with these people via the corp/fleet windows either and am forced to do it through the local chat window->right click. |

I also notice this, my awesome char name doesn't always appear in the top 5 of jita's list
