P.S. Does know how CCP tracks the movements of characters and what sort of window would one have to move to High Sec to display a vote of "no confidence" in the new system?

Some guy on the Anarchy forums, can't remember what his name was, can vaguely remember his avatar. Anyway, he was quite a good forum troll in that he would go right up to the line of what was within the rules, bait people into responding in such a way that they would cross the line and be banned from the forums.

Again, though, there is also a time delay while people enjoy the initial skirmishes or are busy chasing off griefers. Give it time for it to sink in how repetative and annoying these mechanics are.
