I just want everyone to know that I have requested to be banned from the forums voluntarily because I cannot control myself when posting due to my mental illness
The CCP Mods refused ban me to accomodate my disability. Hence, I will be seeking legal action against CCP until they put a limitation on my account that prevents me from posting.

If you read the forums much, you will plainly see that there are tons of ppl with mental disabilities that post regularly. As a matter of fact probably over 50% of the posts.
So, the fact of the matter is that if they did ban you, they would be discriminating against the other mental people that post so they can't.
These are equal opportunity forums buckaroo.

You have no ground to stand on. They cannot limit you due to your own disabilities.
Have someone put a block on the site if you cant control yourself.

I have a lot of problems controlling my impulses due to my mentla illness.
Most of the posts I put on these forums end up putting me through a lot of torment in and out of game due to the people that decide to troll me and also to the people that are becomming annoyed because my posts are killing not only my repuatation but my corps and alliances to.
Everytime I post somethin stupid It makes everyone look bad.

Do they have a name for what is wrong with you, or do you just have poor impulse control? Just to be clear, poor impulse control isn't a mental illness, it's a weakness of character.

Discrimination would be not banning you for your actions. Then you would be being treated differently.
If you break the forum rules, you get banned. If you didn't, I'd be filing discrimination that I would get banned for doing exactly the same as you.
Between corps atm, the NPC one is strictly a temporary thing.

Try writing out the posts, but don't actually post them perhaps? That way maybe you'll go through the act of making the post which could satisfy your urge, but won't hurt you since you didn't actually postit? Works for me sometimes!

Banning you from using the forums does NOT fall under the reasonable accomidation clause of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Not only that, but an american courts jurisdiction would be iffy on this from the start. (that is , if you are even American, many other countries do not have codified protections for the disabled)
I'd probably just reccomend putting *.eve-online.* in my lmhosts file for 127.0.01

If you're serious about getting banz0red though, I suggest you create an alt (So as not to drag down the LV name), Apply to the MGRL (Who accept anyone and will give you a corp ticker so you don't get instaprawned by the mods) Then just post 10 or 12 threads in the corp and alliance forums, I promise you that you'll have your posting rights removed in no time at all.
Failing that, Look up Sarmaul in-game and he'll teach you all he knows.

1) Block the forums with either a firewall, your browser settings, a site blocker or the hosts file.
2) Make a forum alt (yes this is one. If you want to blow me up in game then blow me up for a reason in game. No need to burn my house down and kick my dog because you didn't like how I asked you to supersize my fries..)
