I have noticed that categoryIDs.yaml and groupIDs.yaml are missing compared to the previous version.

Kind of defeats the purpose of having an update to the SDE. I'll just assume there isn't any changes I need from the last one. Plus, how is someone suppose to get the previous version if they didn't get it prior? Why don't we have a history of SDEs on the dev site?
