Okay I have two R&D agents running. I went to the first one which has 47k in gallente starship, but my standings have dropped since I started research with it, so the option to buy datacores doesn't show up. Is this a bug?
I then went to my second agent which only has 5k in laser physics. When I click "I'd like to purchase some datacores", nothing happens, and the loading indicator doesn't move, so it isn't lag. Is this another bug, or do I just not have enough RP to buy a datacore?
Any help would be fantastic, thanks.

With my Gallentean Starship engineering agents I clicked the option "I'd like to purchace some datacores". A box came up telling me the datacores were 1500RP each and I should enter a number between 1 and 4 (you can purchase a maximum of 4 per day, per agent). Entered the number, pressed ok and the datacores appeared in my hanger.
Likely you need the standings for the first agent but I can't explain why the second one doesn't work.

Right, I'll do some missions to boost standings. Doesn't seem right though that I have RP with an agent but I can't buy datacores off it. If it was intentional, there should at least be the option to buy them, and then get the error message "this agent doesn't like you" or soemthing.

I couldn't buy datacores from my laser physics agent. Can't remember the name, but it's the higher quality agent in Carthum. Wanted to cash out and switch fields, but looks bugged atm.

I too was having problems with the "i want to buy some datacores from you" option with a laser physics agent. Looks like it may be bugged. Turning on exceptions before clicking the link generates a large error message with lots of technical details. I'm gonna run log server and file a bug report on it as i think it was missed in the patch issues thread.

I got a petition respense that said R&D agents are currently bugged as far as datacores go. Only one person can buy datacores per agent per day it seems. It's a bug which they're looking into.
