I am recruiting for a small but well funded PvP corp with an eye to expanding.
We have a core of experienced players acting as PvP trainers for the bulk of our membership who are roughly 1-3 months into the game. We're looking for more people of a similar skill level, although any skill level will be considered.
What we require:
> You must play during US evening times, preferably pacific, mountain or central.
> You must be able to use a microwarp drive.
> You must be willing to mold your skill training to our methods to ensure we have a well balanced corp with complementary ships, load outs and skills. Don't worry; we dont take all freedom, just want you to have a few basics for the sake of flexibility.
> You must be willing to relocate to our area of operation (in low security empire space) from wherever you operate now, and STAY in our local area. No running off 25 jumps every night to do missions.
> You must be willing to die, 'cause we look for fights, and in fights people die.
> You should have a sick sense of humor, 'cause god knows we do and we're not a group for the easily offended. :P
> You must have a headset and be willing and able to use Teamspeak and/or ventrilo. We use ventrilo; some of our allies use Teamspeak.
What you should expect:
> A friendly corporation full of people who are here to have fun, and blow stuff up.
> Death and destruction.
> A focus on PvP with an eye toward intelligent tactics that minimize the weaknesses of low skill point characters. You don't have to have a battleship and t2 guns to excel, you DO need coordination and an understanding of your capabilities and limits. We'll help you achieve that.
> Regular group activities (NO MINING... EVER) to raise personal funds, including group hunting trips into 0.0 space (always exciting) and flying wing on BS pilots for level 4 missions.
> More Death and destruction.
> Empire wars against pirates, battles against pirates in low-sec empire space and 0.0 space, and regular PvP practice against fellow corp members to stay sharp. Corporate ships available for PvP practice and "real" PvP ops up to cruiser level.
> Lots of Death and Destruction. Sometimes us, sometimes them, but always fun.
