Well, after Revelation, my mission running 2 members gang nolonger have any bonus whatsoever from gang skills or modules.
So, what exactly I have to do to make them work again, will they work on a 2 members gang at all ?? How to change gang to fleet ??
Anyone know, pls say something !!!!

form a gang
right click gang in overview and convert to fleet
make sure the one who has the gang bonuses you want to work has wing command lvl 1
make him leader of wing one
make the person you want to pass gang bonuses onto leader of squadron one in wing one
tada gang bonuses :)

1. Have your char with the leadership skills start a gang.
2. right click the gang header in the overview and switch the gang to a fleet.
3. Make char with leadership skills the leader of squad 1
4. make the other char a member of squad 1
5. enjoy your bonuses

totaly wrong, Commanders(FC,WC,SC) do not get any bonuses at all, they just get their own bonus.
If you are Wingcommander and your friend is Squadcommander, you will not even get your own bonus, because you have no fleet to command beneath you. The Squadroon will be inactive(no regular Squadmembers), the Wing will be inactive(it contains no active Squadron, thus no gangbonuses apply)

Funny that cause thats what we been doing and it works perfectly i get gang bonuses so does squad leader unless god forbid its bugged. all lights light up green and can see the changes gang bonuses give reflected in show infos.

I think you didnŠt read carefully enough.
If there is just a Wingcommander and a Squadmember for example, the Wingcommanderbonus does not affect anyone. Test it out. I might also have mistyped in my old post, but to lazy and too less time to check now.
