Currently I'm trying out the setup below for Serpentis. Thoughts and suggestions please.
Highs:
x2 Light Neutron I
x3 Small NOS
Meds:
10MN Afterburner (or 10MN Microwarp)
Cap Recharger I
Medium Cap Battery I
Lows:
800mm Plate
EANM I
Armor Kinetic Hardener I
Medium Repper I (or Small Tech II paired with Microwarp?)
Drones:
x5 Hammerheads I or
x3 Ogre I
Jump into belt, get close to a BS, NOS it, and tank the other BS / BC's while your drones kill 'em off.
I have killed a 4.8M ISK Shadow Serpentis spawn using this setup.

this setup works absolutly great manged to take down 2 scorps and 2 frigs in it last night(npcs of course.)Though i do think u should use med nos on it as small cna sometimes not provide enough cap to sustain tank and a t2 mar would better replace the t1 mar as its tanking can be questionable at times apart from that great setup i love it^_^
The deveil couldnt be bothered to get up this morning so he sent me instead to say hello |

Battleships wont be a problem, but watch out for the 5 cruiser spawns, they might have their way with you.

Can tackle all 3x1.7M bs spawns and below, works like a charm

I use this for ratting 0.0 sanshas:
High:
3x dual 150mm Railgun with antimatter
2x Med Diminishing Nos
Med:
'x5' stasis web
10mn Afterburner II
Fleeting Warp Scrambler
Lows:
800mm Crystaline plate
med repper 2
energized adaptive plate
energized reactive plate
Drones:
2 heavies, 2 mediums, 1 light
The reason for the scrams is that I like to be able to pvp in my ratting setups if I really need too.
This setup has taken dual true sansha bs'es with no problems.

I'm thinking this set up, till I can get some skills up. But It looks as though I'll do fine in 0.0. I'm just wondering what you guys thought of it. I'd be going up against Serpentis too

For 0.0 ratting guristas or serpentis, if using a cruiser, I would always use the thorax.
5x ion blasters
1x 10mn ab
2x cap rechargers
1x medium armor repper
2x (kin/therm hardener)
1x (therm/kin hardener)
1x magstab
5x hammerheads/vespas
