Im not FW, but lets face it here.
T3 cruisers are way OP against most ships in 1v1, which occurs at least 50% of the time in FW plexes.
So yeah they were rightly banned.
This is the same issue for the T dessies, they need to be banned.
Its either that or allow T3 cruisers back into the Plexes......and ban NON-MILITIA players from entering the plexes ever. |

Agreed.
I thought CCP might learn their lesson from the obscenely broken mess of T3 cruisers but no, they went and did the same thing and produced another line of arbitrarily overpowered ships.
Ban them from small plexes so they don't obsolete everything else smaller than a cruiser worse than they already do. |

How so. the request is to ban a dessie from dessie content. this is more stupid imo.
BS level tank, bs level damage of t3c.....made sense. As a Band-Aid anyway. I am in the lets fix these damn things camp tbh. Hiding the issue by banning them only a Band-Aid and did not help to give motivation to fix them.
Also its more stupid to ban over better options. Hiding problems does not get them fixed. If the scourge of t3d that bad in fw....write a better idea explaining why. that has a premise better than well I can't take them on solo in a t1 dessie if all things relatively equal (skills, hell lets give both the perfect fleet booster even). Shall I fake surprise about that outcome?
this even easy....t3d has issues. Caleb above gave you all starter ideas for this. If the premise of this idea a trasher can't solo these and this the whole basis for change is just idiotic. making t1 look bad....not a good argument. T2 does this ffs. So does pirate/faction. T2 and t3 is supposed to be better than t1. Can't afford to roll out in it....welcome to isk war aspect of organized eve pvp. Get used to it....barring going piracy or RvB you will meet this again in WH and 0.0.
Lets stop the banning ideas basically and fix this crap. Hiding never works. the crap just festers really and gets worse. |
