Dear clients,
I would like to inform you about urgent unplanned service outage in data centre. Since our ISP is unable to fullfill service stability and continuity without problems, we had been forced to change our service provider, in this case the data center.
In case you are client of webhosting and email services, the change will be transparent to you as we are in charge of administration of DNS and IP adresses. In case of problem the outage can take up to 2 hours and services should be back online by then. As for virtual server (VPS) or voice server (TS3) users, those will be informed as their servers will have new IPs which will be provided tomorrow individually.
Because of urgency of the service outage, we are being forced to process the migration tomorrow (24.03.2016) at 18:00-19:00 CET.
Migration to new Slovak Telekom TIER3+ datacenter will provide us with benefits such as higher quality service without frequent outages and higher guaranteed uptime. The move will also benefit the clients with new infrastructure as our servers will now be fully serviced using top of the line HP Blade systems.
We would like to apologize in advance for inconvenience and in case of any questions about the migration, please contact me right here on forums or in game
