In "old" eve you could find roids that were out side visual range (hidden rocks) with directional scanner, but with new (read crappy) scanner its impossible, you cant even see roids on your scanner, and I deleted BM for "hidden" belt, so is there a way to find it again? without warping at 100 xxx times hoping Im warping in good direction??

Seconded. Please put asteroids back on the scanner... most people use the 'use overview settings' when they scan anyhow so it's not an encumberance on average user. Taking it away has reduced a player's ability to locate something as mundane as a rock in space.
I know you thought it would be a nice thing to do to clean up everyone's scanners... but some of us actually WANT rocks to appear. There -are- legitemate reasons to scan them out and mine them... primarily making it harder for roaming PvPers to find you and secondly to utilize a system's resources to the max.
It's extraordinarily difficult to locate one of these belts without a directional sscanner. Not impossible... just very time consuming, and not a lot of fun.

the new probing system will allow you find hidden belts...
but i agree. if i want to scout belts to see what ore they have....i have to put roads on overview (which still works) or fit a roid scanner in a med slot on my amarr ship.
also bring back the minimap on the scanner...it was helpful. generally, when adding stuff, dont remove stuff...its bad.

But how to probe roids? What category they are under? Drones& ships?:P Scrap? Cosmic singature? maybye structure?::PPP
I really hate this scanner now.
