Since kali I was getting a random convo every 5mins from people clicking on bounty screen. Changing convo charge to 100k isk fixed that though.

Indeed , while I've seen a few pirates with 200mil+ on their heads , the ones with excessive bounties like 1bil are usually placed by the owner - mainly because the character doesn't leave the station anyway or the account has gone inactive - point being they are never going to lose the isk to some random anti-pie , they'll just pod themselves when they want it back .

I think it's because if you double click someone on the bounty list by accident it convos them. Also 'show info' and 'start convo' are so close together in menu.
It also seems the bounty list is still cached locally and NEVER refreshes... BUG!

Ya, but this has only happened to me since Revelations. I thought CCP put some new bounty tutorial in that had noobs convo players with bounties to be mean to pirates.
