I remember reading something about this earlier but I cant seem to find anything about it now. My account on the test server is expired, do I need to submit a petition or something?

My account has expired to, even though i have sub untill 11/03/07. It had something to do with the accounts that are paid with time codes.

I know the chances of this are slim but I do want to get back to testing, and my account only expired for a couple of days while I was away from my comp.

The last mirror occured 2/3 weeks ago, so the chances of another one happening soon, I'd *guess*, is probably not realistic.

Reactivating them is not an issue of when will the next mirror occur, at least this is what i think of, they need to activate them on the Test Server as you would activate again an older account on tranquility, just that in this case you don`t pay for it.
I would like to ask if anyone else has this problem, "account expired" , please post in this topic and hopefuly someone will answer.
Edit: The mirror thing sure isn`t the issue, as i just remembered that i extended my account untill 11/03/07 with ETC before the they updated the mirror and Test Server.

The last time the mirror was updated, if i remeber well, was on the 24th of Nov (24/11/2006).
All i`m asking is CCPs dev team to share some light on this topic. It`s a bit unfair as others can log on the Test Server and others can not, even though they have active subscription.

They will not reactivate your account on SiSi, you have to wait until the next mirror happens. Unless this is some kind of bug on their part and your accounts were active during the last mirror ( " Last mirror: 21/11" as stated on IRC ), but even then idk if they will activate them until the next mirror.

I want an official answer if this is true. I don`t think there is anything hard in activating some accounts.
If what you are saying is true, then we will not be able to log on to SISI for a long period, with the mirror being updated not long ago.

I don't think it's hard to activate one account, but it would create high administrational overhead handling all the account activations manually.
It would be logical that we all have to wait for next mirror, even though I would love to get access before.

I'm in the same boat as you guys, hopefully I don't have to wait too long before being able to play with my corpmates on the test server. The sad thing is, my account was inactive for like 20 minutes the day they mirrored it

Its not a question of hard. If they activate your account, they have to activate everyones account who wants to play on SiSi and their acc is disabled, which means they will have to check to make sure your acc is active on TQ. Its a matter of spending time doing other things, rather than spending time activating everyones account.
As for an official response, best i have time to find atm is in the FAQ:

Needless to say, thats the facts. Weather they come on and give an official reply or not stating that is up to them.

Tom, I don`t want just my account to be reactivated, I want everybodys account to be reactivated. My account was active, it still is, and it will still be for a very long period from now on, hopefuly.
Name me a single person that wants his account reactivated on Sisi, even though his sub on TQ has expired. I don`t think there are any to be honest.
And yes, I know very well that it`s up to them , but they should answer even though it might not be the answer we want. It`s a bit unfair as other can play and we can not.
As for you, it`s easy to talk and give advice to everyone, I`m ok with that anyway, but you do have acces to Sisi and we don`t.
