I can't speak for everyone, but for the most part if you're civil and respectful in C&P then you generally have nothing to fear in terms of retribution as a result of what you have to say. On the other hand, if your intent is to be an annoying troll who's just getting their jollies off by poking violent people with a sharp pointy stick to see what happens, then yeah you might have some issues... consequences for being a rampant douchetard do not equate to bullying. Come hell or high water, this sick world will know I was here.
