As usual the in game module descriptions leave a little to be desired for some items. So here is a question, which of the following Rigs affects salvaging?
Emission Scope Sharpener
This ship modification is designed to increase the efficiency of a ship's analyzer modules.
Memetic Algorithm Bank
This ship modification is designed to increase the efficiency of a ship's hacking modules.
The salvaging module is under the 'scanner' market group, so is a salvager an analyser, a hacking module, or classed as both?

An Analyzed is an Analyzer
A Hacking Module is a Hacking Module
A Salvager is a Slavager and that is something else...

That is quite probable, in which case there appears to be no rigs that effect salvaging. Guess it was just wishful thinking

Salvage Tackle is your rig to affect salvaging. Salvaging is the process of analyzing the wreck for salvagable gear. Can only be done when fully empty, and may take quite a few tries to render a yes or no that you found something. Once it renders a 'no', the wreck disappears. You'll be looking for Scorched Chips and the like. Good luck, and just for the record, salvage tackle increases your chance to get a positive scan.

Ahh, so an implant that, per its description, actually reduces your damage by reducing RoF - the rate at which one fires his rounds, usually expressed as rpm, rounds per minute. Nice, real nice!
