This would be significant if 2/3 of my corp hadn't simultaneously lost connection at around 2300 in a massive crash.
Posted here to keep the semi-secret... er.... semi secret.
"A New PCU Record - Close to 33,000 Users
A new peak concurrent user record was set Sunday, Dec 3rd when 32,955 users were logged into EVE Online: Revelations. This would not be that significant if not for the outstanding performance the Tranquility server demonstrated under this enormous load. According to preliminary log analysis the server cluster was at 47% capacity - A clear indication that the new Revelation expansion along with the accompanying hardware upgrades has brought the cluster to a new level." http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n139/Hamymac/BATigerDomiSig.jpg Signature dimensions exceeds max 400x120 dimensions allowed. Well, the cluster may have been at 47% capacity, but some nodes were probably at 100% load, some at 5% load. Its just a question of load balancing as I understand it.

Same happened to my alliance in the middle of a fleet op, 3/4 of our gang members got booted and weren't able to log back in for half an hour. Sorry to burst your bubble CCP, but you've got alot more upgrading work to do still.

My second account was totally unplayable. 15 minute lag just to dock, and activating anything was impossible. I couldn't even chat.
Load balancing isn't working at all.

Same here as previous posters said already. Impressive numbers by CCP. So well done. BUT: I just watched a series of quick disconnects last night from my buddies list just until i got disconnected myself. A lot of improvement in load balancing is still needed. Also I didn't see any improvement to the lags - not even before revelations. Where is the benefit of these hardware upgrades going to ? I don't see better performance so far.
