also I've gone though a few suspicious entries on the top of the lists and deleted any none api verified ones [also old ones]
no coding changes can be done for a bit ... as sara is somewhat busy in RL ...
but we'll see what can happen later

Can anyone explain how an API verified character that is less than a year old has gained More than the maximum sp in the learning catagory?
The Maximum sp for all 11 skills in the learning catagory is 5,376,000.
There are no mechanics in the game (or that have been in the game in the last 3+ years) that allow you to train more than the maximum sp in any given catagory.
So how has this charater achieved 20,423 sp above the maximum?

Im not jealous or anything, just very curious to know how these players are doing it?

Yes cheating is 1 possibility, but then how are they api verified if they are cheating?
Only other thing i can think of is a bug ingame leading to a skill being overtrained?

I'm very sorry; I am so used to seeing this question regarding the uploaded character sheets that I didn't read thoroughly and smarted off without noticing that the character really is API-verified. In this case, I am mystified as well.
Which makes it all the more sad that Sara is gone. I was really looking forward to an API-only ineve.net.

this character seems to be correct via the API - [i.e. I deleted the skills and they came back as now on the next automatic update - via the api info]

Which brings us back to the original question....
Either they've found a way to cheat the api or there is a bug / exploit ingame allowing characters to overtrain skills...
Funny how its only in the learning catagory, none of the other gatagory's on in eve have overtrained sp.....
Also if you look at ranking positions 11 - 20 in the learning catagory there are a number of chars with ilegal / duplicate / no-names |

just post links to all characters as it makes it a lot easier than me doing the searching also 
as the forum picture server is down ATM - it probably wont be able to grab pictures
... deleted a load of cruddy ones in leanings ;-P

There is a bug in InEve where it is miscounting the number of skill at a certain level.
In my personal stats it shows me as having 2 skills at level 0 when i have trained ALL my skills to level 1 and above.
Since sera is no longer around i doubt anything can be done, but just to let you know in case she returns
