I have heard horrifying stories about how one feels after his soul has been transferred into his clone due death of his former body. It happened me first time today, but I saw it was inevitable since I take lot of risks.
I want to share this because I wish some people that are new to spacefaring may hopefully learn something out of it.
----------------------------------------------
I had been doing some pirate hunting and have gathered a good amount of decent loot which I was about to go and sell in Pator system. I equipped my hoarder for fastest possible fitting I could make out that time. I set course to Pator and launched into space from the sanctuary of a station.
I had made quite far already when I jumped into a system which name is too hard to remember after death of my former body. I saw one c0w member in local, but I also noticed that his security rating was 0.2 positive. <<Hmm, rather unusual c0w member.. No bounty or nothing on him>> I thought to myself. Since he looked clear enough, I thought that it may be safe to proceed onto next gate. I engaged my warp drives. As soon as I arrived the gate, I noticed he was there aswell. I engaged my afterburners hoping that I could make to gate safely. Apparently I was wrong. <<Warning! Ship is getting locked at! Warning>> Shouted my computer. <<Damn!!>> I cursed, measuring the way still left to the gate. I thought I still could make it since I was in sideways move towards that hostile ship. <<Warning! Incoming torpedoes!>> Shouted the computer. My ship shook when the torpedoes hit at it ripping of the shields and most of the armor plating aswell. I tried to think hard what I could do. I decided to try warping out of him. I engaged warp drives, trying to reach nearest planet. <<Warp drives disapled>> Said my computers voice. The pirate was obviously disturbing my warp engines. My ship shook again. This time by the pounding of enemy guns. I was desperate. My hull has been preached and the air in command bridge was full of sparkles and smoke. I jumped into escape pod and hit the big red eject-button. The pod departed from Saigon Lady with a big bang of its rocket motors. Outside I saw Saigon Lady to explode in pieces. I knew that the pirate may want to kill me, hoping to receive some implants, so I tried to leave the area as fast as I could but I guess I was too slow. I felt when the escape pod shook terribly. <<This is it>> I thought as my pod exploded.
Afterwards when I woke up in hospital section in Hulm university I felt very ill. It felt like my memories have been stripped from my head by force. For few brief moments, which felt like few eternities I wasn't able to remember who I was or where I was. I had definately no idea about anything that has been going on. Now they are slowly drifting back in to my mind, but I still remember how it felt to be transfered into a clone. Not a pleasant experience, nay.

When I read the title of this topic, my heart filled with joy. I'd hoped that you'd lost that pile of space junk your "people" call a Typhoon... but alas, 'twas just a hauler.
It's an interesting war this. Until we meet again.

I dont get it. Who actually podded him?
Discorporation or Tok Narok?
Sorry you lost the 'Saigon Lady', Zibun. I myself lost my beloved 'Sentient Ghost' a while ago to pirates so I feel your pain buddy.

Discorp and Tok are just good friends of mine:)
Thanks for compassion, Moving Shadow. It really is painful to loose a dear and well served ship.

Tok you speak in an interesting way. You call our minmatar ships space junk, yet you fly a blackbird for the soul purpose of target jamming our ships. If we fly junk what is the need of preventing us from locking? If you are so confident that your ships are superior to ours then fight us in an omen or a maller instead of the blackbird...but either way...you will lose a ship soon, you have annoyed us with your target jamming...

It was me, didn't you drop that 27% cargo expander? Yeah, that was you who dropped it. Nice storyline.
