My standing with CONCORD is -4.5 
And why would you want +8 with CONCORD? They won't give you any benefits tbh

It is possible, but you'll need to do a LOT of npc hunting, over a year's worth of hardcore npc hunting, so missions or contact some alliance who has an outpost to give you standings.

I think, unless it has changed recently, that +5.0 was the highest sec status you could get which is the same as standing to Concord so not possible as far as I know.

as of the first kali patch I believe you just need a corp standing of 8.0 so running missions is the fastest way to getting jump clones, instead of paying for them

The fastest and easiest way to get jumpclones is still pay the ISS for it and be done with it as long as you don't shoot them.

The only people that have sec standing over 5.0 are the people that ran missions for CONCORD before these were disabled.

True for the over 6.0 etc people. I know quite some people with 5.1 or 5.2/5.3 just because they hunted so many npc's / done so many missions.

u need good social skills and do allot of 0.0 npcing to get even a 5.1
i dont think that u can get +8.0 atleast not without being a macro npcer or bored to death.
