Pretty much the same way you'd use a shield booster, except you need to load them up with cap booster charges.

You need the module to fit them in..it's a medium slot module.

You need the cap injector, it's a mid slot mod, and you load the charges into it. You'll get x cap every time a charge is used, where x is the number on the booster loaded. Hope that helps

Micro, Small, Medium, Heavy cap injectors. Each has a certain capacity, each cap booster (50, 100, 150, 200, 400, 800) takes up a set amount of space. Heavy T1 are for your BS's and you can load 4 800's, Medium T1 are cruisers and hold 1 800 or a few 400's. Small and Micro hold the 200's and downward and are for frig class. The T2 have a bit more space but require a lot more PG to fit.
You load them like you do your weapons. Either in the fittings screen, drag the boosters to it and load them in. While in space, be sure to right click and set it to manual on or when you click it to activate, you'll use them one after another until they're gone. THUKKER -Be Paranoid

+Ship Equipment +Engineering Equipment +Capacitor Boosters +[SIZE OF THE BOOSTER]
Then all you need are charges, which can be found...
+Ship Equipment +Ammunition & Charges +Cap Booster Charges
Then load the chargers into the booster like you would with ammo, and fire it like you would a gun.
