So I hear that the winner and runners up of the AMarr championship are to receive tech II ships. Great! Now, how about hosting events for the Caldari, Minmatar and Gallente.
How wonderful it is that no one except Amarr could participate in an event where tech II ships would be a prize. I only ask for an equal chance to obtain a Minmatar verion of a tech II ship. I am sure, that every other race would also like a chance at their respective tech II ships also.
Giving of a higher level tech ship is a large advantage over tech 1 ships. I find it grossly unfair that the game only gives one race the oppurtunity for this. All races should be given the same chance at the same time.
Just my humble opinion.
Either free the slaves or we will come and get them.

What do you think all this Caldari stuff is about? And the Minmatar Prime Minister being challenged by the Krusual tribe?
(btw, those ships wont be techII but probalby alternate stat techI ships [:))]

Honestly, Sarkos, I don't find it that big of a deal.
The ships are most likely to sit in a hangar and gather dust until it's possible to buy another one. Otherwise it's like entering a Ferrari into a Demolition Derby:

'Grossly' unfair would have been an unlimited Tech II blueprint. One ship isn't going to turn the tides of a war so I can't really get behind you on this complaint.
The winners of the championship deserve something recognizably special; I would not have been upset if they were awarded unique ships, let alone ones that will take everyone else a long time to acquire.
I say we stick to congratulating them for their major pwnage. Way to go and enjoy your new ships!

If you think being a Scorpion pilot in a fleet battle is bad enough (I'm still trying to find out exactly where the "SHOOT ME FIRST" tag is) try being the only tech II ship in a fight

You do understand that the Tech II ships given out ARE NOT Battleships right?
Tech I or Tech II Frigate or Cruiser still easy kill for any Tech I Battleship :)

Ya'll missing the POINT!! They get an UNFAIR, UNJUSTIFIED ADVANTAGE!! I think we should be OUTRAGED, and rightly so, if they even got Tech II newbie ships!
This is a matter of principals! Yes, and by these, we're against ANYTHING that would make ANYONE more 1337 or h4xx0r or in any form DIFFERENT then I am! Yesum, Sir!!

Sarkos, I respect you because you seem intelligent enough..
But the winners aren't receiving anything worthwhile..
Finalists are to receive a neat little Gold Magnate frigate.. woo.. other then how it Looks, it sucks.
I have come across v2 versions of the Armageddon and Apocalypse recently, maybe the top 3 people will receive one of these bad boys? Who knows.. but they aren't that much stronger then your average ship.. so don't get all ****y about it, they'll be too scared to undock with one of them.
And within a while, they will be available to the public, tada..
