Have you ever seen a vid, where they smash a car going 50 into a wall with two crash dummies in the seats well.. kinda something I miss in EvE tbh.
Large/Medium/Small Sized Test Dummies (BS/Cruiser/Frig)
The point about em would be to test your setups against "dummies" without bothering your usual corp mate or check out SiSi all the time. This would also allow for big fleet practising. Big one would simulate hostile battleship, with stats kinda around that. Drop no wrecks they just pop.
Large Test Dummie Req Skill: Battleship Producing or something I guess, Anchoring 1-2-3, etcera.
500m3 (So 10km3 hauler could launch 20 of em)
Anchoring time 30sec, must be anchored more than 500m away from eachother or som. Can't be onlined or anything, they just sit still.
HP:
Shield 8500 Armor 10000 Hull 8000
You'll be able to name them. Uhmz, and if it's possible with the code to change the resists as well if not just give them 30% across the board on shield and armor.
Anchor a few of em, and let your corp/alliance simulate large fleet fight. Practise is good. Also name them really weird and laugh as the commander screws up pronouncing it.
Release a cheap BPO via the NPC market and keep em cheap to build, like 100-250k a piece for the large version.
Bad idea ? :/ Kinda hard to find 100 man blobs without going 50ish jumps on an average and yeah I believe that it'd be better if alliances could drill different scenarios, even though it might not be close to the real thing it'd help to do practises now and then I think >:P
No flaming !:(

Why?
Do they shoot back? Warp out? Scramble? Call in friends? Log off? (:P), Have varying skill levels? Varying tactics?
It's an interesting idea but I can't really see the point of it simply because it wont give much insight into how real combat will work simple because of the fact that stationary objects are pretty predictable, unlike other players.
