You have say : it's only for chinese cluster. ONLY, this feature removed in the next patch ... You can remove please ?
This system of queue is completely bugged !!!
Today, I go to a little system in domain space (about 20-30 people in local ...)
I jump to a 0.4 ... Queue of 6 people ... I wait 5- 10 min after a moment queue disappear and I jump in the 0.4 system BUT BUT BUT I see people on the another side of the gate (in 0.4) wait for jump ... How this system work if on each both of gate, players wait for jump ???
You say which players are stuck if the system of queue is removed but I play since some years and I have see one big stuck in luminaire system but it's all !!! Yes, may be the system don't load but you disconnect/reconnect and it's ok. You was rarely stuck !
Why now, we are stuck in a system with 30 players or less ??? (I have see a queue for a system with 10 players ...)

I am currently queued in a system with 4 people been here nearly 10 minutes now, 8th queue in about 14 jumps 
I am sure they are working on the issue we just need to be patient

See? There is no lag in EVE, no queues.
DISLAIMER You must forgive me but I was running from Nonni to Tamo today only to find I am 43 in queue at Aunenen gate (we have two wars running and sticking at gate is not a good idea). So I decided to take more dangerous route through Torrinos (willing to kill Iron/Oxide/D2 camp in EC on way). Guess what... I was 40th to jump in queue in Oipo.
Thank you CCP for plenty of time to contemplate Z-buffer errors on gate models.
PS. I am feeling better now. Thank you.

First: the queues are activated when the node is overloaded. A node can contain a whole lot of systems, so maybe all those systems separately are only a few pilots, but all put together they will increase the load. So # of people in the system says nothing about the load of the node.

I think he makes a great point about people being stuck in queues on both sides of the gate. Those people should basicly cancel each other out and be allowed to pass on a 1 to 1 basis. Of course that wouldn't be possible on systems that jump nodes, but it's something that could help the problems on systems that don't use seperate nodes.
I just tried to sign on. I was 42nd in line. After about 5 minutes I was 39th. No way I'm going to wait that long, let alone go anywhere if I did wait to log on. Why risk leaving the system just to get into another queue line and then have to repeat the process on the way back? For me it's made the game unplayable. I'll try to sign on early in the morning to change a skill, but I don't try to play anymore. And, with more records for usage breaking every day, I don't see this going away unless they split the server. Personally I'd like to see a US server and a European server.

took a trip from a 0.6-0.0 6jumps. 4 of them i got in que. and when i entered local it was almost deserted.. and we are talking low sec.. the que was 1-3. but if a pirate was after me they had enugh chances to kill and pod me. cause i was in que

I'm sorry but it's not really our problem which the node are overload ... If node overload => CCP boost server ... Add/Buy more performant or other.
We pay for a game/service. We are stuck on gate and everybody can kill us. (Jita if you are in a indus or in all 0.4-0.0 system !!!). You think CCP reimbourse ALL ship modules (destroy and loot (you can't retrieve item when you are PK) AND POD AND implant ... I'm sure, the answer is NO !
You pay, you play, you wait, you lost your money (ship, cargo, ... ) and finaly you lost again your time. (Time for make ISK and rebuy items/ship lost.) Why ? because CCP have introduced queue system (Reserved only for chinese server, it's inside a annouce !)
