Dark Kavar	Posted - 2006.12.06 01:27:00 - [1] Since there is no section in the ship set up index for a pvp harpy, I made this one. Please post any set ups that have worked for you, and please no faction gear, I'm not nearly rich enough to fit that

McCade Ars Caelestis Ascendant Frontier	Posted - 2006.12.11 01:06:00 - [9] This ship (pre HP boost) was my favorite fleet ship. Last time I was in fleet, I got 22 kill mails :) I think mine did around 120k with 4.5m in gunnery. Since the HP boost it's a little harder to get kills.

But generally, blaster ships need a web more than a scram, because if you can't keep the target in range, you may as well let him go. -- Guile can always trump hardware --

Try a dual MSE II Jaguar sometime if you want to see a pretty good passive tank. -- Guile can always trump hardware --

Highs 4x150 mm t2 with Jav Mids 2x Sensor boosters (t2 preferably) 2x Tracking computers (t2 preferably) Lows 1x Mag Stab T2 1x Tracking Enchancer T2 I sit right on top of the gate and wtfpwn any frig that decides to jump through. If my gate isn't large and has a good chance to get overrun i switch out the jav with spike and sit 90km away from gate aligned at 0 speed. For small/mid size gangs, go blasters as you're more likely to engange at close range. Really don't like harpy for close range though but some people have had great success with it.

I know NOS and WEB cruser is pain, but i did take NOS Thorax the other day. The DPS is huge, and fun to fly. with 2500 shiled and 400s (maybe less)recharge time no need for a booster.

There is such a thing as EMP ammo for minnie and most certainly em missiles. Other than that yeah, it should be a blaster fitted harpy. Not sure exactly how yet though. This thread talks about setting up a harpy with rails way too much for my liking.
