Not sure where else to post this...
I have an open petition for a little over a week now regarding a few billion isk worth in BPOs that have disappeared after the research job was delivered.
Not at the POS, not at the NPC station. Not in my own hangar, either. I even checked under the couch.
I understand that the petition queues are probably a bit backed up, but my client is severely...miffed...at my failure to produce the BPOs when the research job was supposed to be complete, and has mentioned possibly demolishing the POS as retribution. Given that I'd hate to lose the business and the POS over a bug...well, any attention would be appreciated. Even a "We're looking into this" would be an improvement.

Anything? Its been over 10 days...and I just lost another BPO. Even tried offlining/unanchoring/scooping/redeploying/reanchoring the mobile lab and checking everywhere in between each step.
So far I'm missing several Tier2 battleship BPOs, a fighter BPO, several cruisers...I have a few Tier3 battleship BPOs researching atm, if these get lost this could get ugly.

I have a 'missing' Stabber Fleet Issue that's been in there for 2 weeks now... Hope they can get to it when they get to it then...

With all the reimbursement petitions being filed due to server issues after Revelations and the patch, I wouldn't be surprised if the queue was closer to 6 weeks.

6 weeks! OUCH!!!! Well guess we wait but I wish in the case of ships that we had the option to go ahead and replace them and just get the cash back.
