A show info for a rig has an field called "Calibration Cost".
What is this?

its like powergrid or cpu requirements for the rigs but its called Calibration .. .most ships have 400 calibration as far as i looked and the rigs require a certain ammount of calibration free to insert them into the ships slots. I think the rig skills lower the calibration requirements .. but im not sure.. i cant check now and the skill arent posted into the item database yet.

Where on market section do I find "riggable" items or am I completely lost?

Most ships can fit rigs. The slots are at the bottom part of the fitting screen.
There are not that many rigs yet afaik, because of the low drop rate of components. Originally by: Iced Casing

Afaik the skill(s) lower the malus you get from the rig.

Yeah I've seen the slots and have some skills for rigging too, just dont have anything available to rig :)

The drop rate is pretty borked right now. Ratting for several hours in 0.0 I ended up with 40 pieces of salvage, 6 diffferent varieties. At this rate it'd take me about a week to make even one rig.
CCP has this on their list of things that are going to be updated in next weeks patch. They said they'll be modifying the drop rate of Salvage, but it's still up in the air as to how they plan on doing it.

Rigs are hard to find, but are easiest to get if you are in a corp and have someone who can make them for you.
Stuff for rigs is fairly easy to get once you start running level 4 missions. At least to my experience.
