Hello everybody, here a question from someone new to EvE. I chose to follow the path of missions to make some isk and did all the tutorial missions and some normal agent missions. What i normally did was 1: open the journal & double click a mission i wanted to do 2: rightclick location 3: put destination, 4 activate autopilot 5 when the autopilot was deactivated i rightclick location again and chose warp to : 6 arrival at place from mission and kill/deliver etc. Thing is what happens now frequently when i arrive at the location from the mission that there is nothing there, no transport ship i need to intercept, no pirates/drones i need to destroy... (no problems with delivery missions) My question for you guys is now: What do i do wrong? Do i have to wait for npc-respawn or do i have to warp/flight around the area of the location to find my mission objectives? I would very appreciate your help with my (noob)problem

Hard to really help you on this one,
I can only think that perhaps you are not seeing the little icon in space that doubles for a deadspace gate sometimes. Either CCP forgot to add the Gate graphic or the graphics are bugged. I have experienced this since starting a year ago
If you dont have the gates enabled in the overview they are hard to find sometimes.
Other thing that comes to mind is make sure you accept the mission after right clicking and saving the location, I have done this many times and arrived at the target system with no mission location.

i did never do that, i just accepted the missions and than i opened the mission in my journal and rightclicked location and set destination. Gonna try it your way now. So first i ask show details and save location and than accept mission?
anyway Thanks for your time man!!

Might not be what you are talkign about, but I did the same as you and this gave me fits till I figured it out.
Many times there will be a tiny little navigation beacon. You can find it with your overview. Approach it and right click, and it will have a use gate jump selection.
The ones with a huge gate graphic were fairly obvious, but that little beacon was not as much so.
