Is anyone recruiting new players. I know its nice to have vets join your corp but as a new player I need to have some friends on here. The first nite I got on ,which was just over a week ago I was recruited into a corp and thought I was on my way . Since then I cant catch any of them online and when they are they usually are so into what they are doing they wont even talk. Im not wanting money or anything else from them , just to hang around and be involved is enough for me. Im learning my way through this and am not going to bug people with 20 questions. I just need to have something to do beside watch my skills watch countdown and mine by myself. If you are a corp that has active members that are on during the latenite hours and are interested in recruiting new members please post. Im not going to leave my corp yet but if things continue this way it wont be long. Thanks

Combining our mix of members from all around with the globe plus a recruitment policy of both experienced and new players alike we feel we offer a home to players who are looking for something a bit different.

What amazes me so much is all the "Professional minded" Corps looking so desperatly to find new recruits but when have gone through the trouble to sign up and have heard nothing from them. As much as you are interviewing me for a recruit and expect certain things out of me, please understand that when I see a professional looking website and promises of an efficient run corp and after three applications , I cant even get a drop dead from one of their recruiters, this leaves a bad impression with me. Im sure that I am not the only one to go through this, and Im talking about well known corps. If you want a recruit , at least show the professionalism that you promise on your websites, and if you dont want them that is ok to. Just drop a "Im sorry but we currently do not require the services of someone in your skill range etc". Dont leave us hanging while we could find a corp that would appreciate a hard worker. I will now go back and probably contact another from the responses I have here and see if the 4th time is the charm. Thankyou again for your responses...

Well, I think you've been quite unlucky there Jacen. I am very surprised no-one took the time to get back to you - even if to say - give us some time - we're in the middle of something right now. I think new players are a rare commodity and as such, am always willing to help out.
We're a {predominantly) UK based corp with an eye for PVP. We're organised, yet we don't tell you what to do. There are no taxes etc. etc, just a fair system based on contribution. I get really good feedback about how the corp is run and we're all really good friends.
Due to the constraints of RL (i.e. work) you won't see me on until about 19.00hrs GMT. But if you click on my sig below and then link to our forums and sign up there, I'll be able to drop you a (sneaky) line from work ;)
Alternately, give Slothe, Captain Tinrib or Mankind MKII a shout in game.
Maybe see you around

If you are into the mining aspect of the game, BME has many hardcore players who are frequently on, mainly during 0:00 - 4:00 daily and heavy weekends (game time). Always looking for dedicated players who enjoy playing part of a team. Visit our recruiting thread for additional info.

Hi Jacen
Sorry to hear that you have had some bad luck as far as corps are concerned. We have a fantastic group of players in Asgard Industries and I would love to tell you more about us. I am going to try and contact you in-game this afternoon and I hope that I can impress you with not only what we can offer you as a player but also as a friend.
Warmest Regards...
