Edited by: Rev Darkwing on 07/12/2006 12:38:45 Litiura, Lonetrek û 5 December 2006 û Amesha Spentaz (AMESH), a member owned corporation, announced today that they continue to surpass their objectives with record breaking profits for the sixth consecutive month. In November the company posted an impressive 69% increase in profits and eclipsed the billion ISK profit mark for the first time with 1,090,459,960 ISK in net profits before executive compensation. In keeping with our stated policy, Amesha Spentaz authorized a dividend of 204,461,262 ISK to its shareholders compared to Octobers dividend of 130,883,358.
In commenting on AMESH achievements, CEO Rev Darkwing said, ôI couldnÆt be more proud of the men and women who make up Amesha Spentaz. The corporationÆs commitment to the success and enjoyment of its members is repaid by their willingness to help the corporation and each other grow and succeed. Our new POS is the perfect example of this kind of teamwork. The collective vision of the corporation spearheaded by a single pilotÆs vision for the future propelled us to a new level of achievement. We now are the proud owners of a rare earth moon and harvesting is underway assuring our shareholders of even greater profits in the future. The POS has also enabled our miners to more effectively exploit the most valuable ores in the entire galaxy with ease and in relative safety. Additionally, this is just the first of several planned POSÆs that we will be installing in the coming weeks and months. Naturally, these acquisitions will lead us into the next phase of our growth, complex reactions in support of T2 construction.
Still, despite our leading edge thinking when it comes to development and growth, we are still miners and builders and combat pilots at heart who share an ôall for one and one for allö mentality and an ongoing appreciation for comradeship and fun within a truly international setting. We currently boast members from not only the US/Canada and the UK, we also have representatives from more than 6 other countries around the world.ö
Amesha Spentaz is a unique member owned corporation. The members of Amesha Spentaz along with members of the EVE investing community are the owners of the corporation through the purchase of corporate shares. With its recent rights offering completed, Amesha Spentaz will be continuing toward listing its shares on the EVE Galactic Stock Exchange.
The mission of the corporation is to support the play of its member/owners while increasing profits. Each month a minimum of 25% of the corporate profits are paid back to the member/owners in the form of dividends.

Thanks. I think the thing that has enabled us to succeed to this point has been the corp's focus on serving the members. We don't see our members as tools or a way to help management get to where it wants to go. We see the corp's sole reason to exist being to support the members and to help them get where they want to go. It doesn't change the direction of the corp so much as it changes the outlook of management from "what can the members do for me" to "what can I do for the members".
This kind of attention to our members is apparent and is reflected by the members' attitude toward each other and toward the corp while creating a very positive corporate culture, one that fosters teamwork and mutual respect. As a result we have enjoyed solid growth and a very low turnover rate. Throw in the fact that most of our members are also shareholders and it is easy to understand why everyone is anxious to see the profits of the corp grow. After all, it's in their best interest as well.
So far, I would have to say this has been a noble strategy that has worked quite well and, if properly nurtured, should continue to flourish as we move forward.
