Combat sites can sometimes give you shiny things.
Missions make some ISK, and loyalty points can be used to buy more things to use or sell. If you get into trading or hisec industry, they're a stepping stone because the higher standings make things cheaper.
Or you could get into scamming and corp theft if you're evil enough. But, doing things which make other players not like you gets guns pointed at you, so use alts and don't share your main.
At the end of the day, friends are a lot more important than some silly ISK thing. You play the game with them and it's more fun than playing alone.
It can also make >50m an hour. You know you don't get to discount the hour or two spent on the waiting list every time you want to run. You also aren't allowed to exclude the time required to setup your concord LP deals. You also aren't allowed to dismiss the time required to move to new focuses. Not to mention the rage closings which keep you from making any isk for days/weeks and sometimes for whole months.
I've had people who while running with my boxed fleet comment that they were making more isk per hour with me than with some of the communities. I run about 70-80m an hour per account.
In contrast when I run missions I log in and start right away with +80m an hour per account. IT would be higher but it takes me some time to put stuff on the market sometimes and I don't always blitz. The nice thing about SOE LP is it's extremely easy to convert isk in comparison to concord LP.

I can't tell if this is a post mocking incursion runners and their generally inflated self reported earnings (MA EGO!!) or if this is a real post making the claim that two accounts can earn 1b an hour doing incursions. |

You can make a lot of ISK in an hr in High Sec.
Go to Jita IV 4, redeem plex, sell plex. If you did it for an hour you would have insane amounts of ISK and you would crash the market in the process, **** a lot of people off I am sure. Once your wife found the credit card maxed, you would be homeless and playing EVE on a laptop outside Starbucks but you would have loads of ISK.

I am a HS PvE nerd and finally settled on tripleboxing Marauders in HS. Then I switched to my own nightmare vanguard fleet. then they killed isboxer and i just ***** on the forums once a month now.
