I have recently installed a Ship Maint. Array (SMA) at a 0.0 POS. I have the access rles set to Corporation for View/Take/Use in the management window. However, we have one or two people who cannot access the array. Is this due to a division access problem? A corporation role problem?

if i could remember which one i would tell you, but im at work and cant look
wanna say "config starbase" or somethin like that
its been like 2 months since ive had one of mine up, but i had to give corp members roles to be able to use it

Starbase Config only pertains to security settings on items set to "Role" in view/take/use. Setting the view/take/use settings to Corporation it will and has allowed all of our corporation members to access the items that have been shifted out of the "role" setting. However, there are one or two members that cannot access the ship maintenance array even though access is set to "Corporation".
Personally I think it has something to do with Divisional Hangar access, and wanted to confirm this before asking my Security Officer to grant access to members who do not have access to a certain division for whatever reason.

maybe they changed it since i last had one up .. used to be a role

The role has to be granted at that base. All access types for the base has to be granted at the base, it is not automatically granted from one base to another.
Simply put, you can have access at base A but not have the same access at base B.

Not really a problem as there is only one base and access has been granted at it. Per item. It's odd...

Make sure noone is within 3k of the array. As long as they are in your corp and you have corp in all 3 options then they will be able to use it just fine. If you change the option to role then you need starbase config for access (Handy for director only access if security is a concern)
