We got abunch of these here. 
The Eternal Quitter
Just comes on the forum to let everyone know he's quitting for good and to spend a dozen paragraphs explaining why. Then does it again three months later.
Sample Quote: "For real, this time."
Punishment: Forced to actually quit.

im a one-issue person, I keep reposting how I would love a fix for the ctd's at gates and when calling up information, but yet, I get nothing.

Goes to his website or to the forums, posts or writes a story (whining) about whiners. Does this to show people he's above the problem but fails to realize he's just continuing the vicious downward spiral of whinage taking it into a new level.
Sample quote: "Herewith then, a guide to the deranged, degraded inhabitants of the forums. You cannot defeat them, they provide precious little experience, but if they get their claws on you, they may turn you into one of their own."
Not really a punishment: Make them read the above sentence over and over again until they realize that ignorance truly is a bliss
Nevertheless, a well written story. I enjoyed it.
