I was looking at my fitted mega pulse II's the otherday and the damage modifier seems to have gone from about 7.1x to 6.1x.
Now I could be mistaken in thinking I had about 7.1x before the patch but I don't think i am. Has anyone else noticed a drop in damage on the T2 mega pulse?
I'm really hoping I just have a crap memory tbh

Aye,
Since posting this I noticed they nurfed the crystals but that shouldn't effect damage mod, most confusing.
Tbh I am getting sick of amarr getting nurfed. There are so many things wrong with amarr they decided to nurf us a bit more for good measure? My T2 fitted geddon is about the only amarr ship that I thought was actually good.

It seems you unfitted few dmg mods ... 7.19 is what you get with pulse spec 5 and 3 heatsinks...

The BoB model is bad for business. Incidently the BoB model is more suited for a game such as WoW where as the ASCN model more suited for Eve.

Well I haven't touched the setup and it only had 1x heatsink II. Only have pulse spec lvl4, but have nearly all other gunnery skills at lvl5 (Surgical strike etc).
So maby it is my memory getting it's wires crossed and cofusing them with tachs.
I hope so anyway, because an undocumented -15% damage nurf would be a bit annoying. Thats effectivley completely untraining surgical strike lvl5

One thing you can do to check, is look at the base in the game with the base on the item database, which is still RMR version and is accurate for that version.
If its different then its not you.

Good thinking.... Just checked items database against an unfitted T2 meag beam and the stats are the same.
Seems my memory is crap after all
