At my agent lvl 2 i have now done 89 missions.
My standing towards the agents corp is 4.00
My standing towards the agent her self is "Excellent". =)
Shouldent i atleast be close now? =)

You might be bugged.
Should take no more then 30-40 missions to get a lvl3 agents.
I suggest an Other petition.

All my lvl 2 agents has required 60-70 missions before refering me to any other agent. My lvl 3 referal came at about 100 missions. Seems to be a lot of randomnes to the system or just very diffrent in diffrent NPC-corps... |

same her - needed approx. 70 mission's b4 he "sended" me to the lvl3

I have never had a referal in less than 60 missions on any of my 3 accounts. It normally takes me 60-80 missions to get a level 3 (I have about 10 level 3's now), but 1 of my level 3's took 109 missions to get. So keep going you are nearly there, I would not say this is a bug, but is just slightly bad luck not having one by now.

i did about 80 to get the lvl 3 whats your agent standing maybe thats got something to do with it

I know of at least 2 people who had tpo do about 105 missions before getting a lvl 3 referral.
But most are in the 65 to 85 range

I'm at 30 missions with an agent and no referral to a lvl 2 agent yet?!

Congrats on getting one on mission 38 - from my experiece 25-45 missions is about average, so doing 38 missions is normal. One of mine took 89 missions to get a level 2 (Damn concord agents :) )Hope you have fun with your level 2. |

41 missions and 45 missions (different corps). It took 46 level 3 missions to get one implant.
Perhaps Charisma or Social skill has some relevance?

Try failing a mission, sometimes that will help to trigger a referral. :)

After doing 63 lvl 2 missions I got a new agent, but it was another lvl 2 agent...
Do I need to do more missons for this new agent or just continue with the old one to get a lvl 3 agent?

Getting a new lvl2 agent is a common sign that you are close to gaining the lvl3 in my experience.

I'm on my third level 2 agent now.
Did 52 missions to get referal to second levl 2 agent, then did 42 missions for that one to get referal to third level 2 agent.
Do i keep doing for the third level 2 agent or will the same thing happen again?

Yesterday, I just got my first lvl3 agent and it "only" took me 61 missions. If you have done like 80 or 100 lvl2 missions, it indeed seems that you're bugged. I heard that in this case it could help if you fail a mission for the agent (note: try this at your own risk  )
