I don't pretend to have any economic rationale for taking out this loan. It has not enabled me to do anything I couldn't have done without it, and to the extent I have to pay a considerable rate of interest, it is an economic loss and makes no financial sense for me at all.

The big plan is not yet fully baked, but since I have mentioned it before, I'll tell you that I want to create an options exchange that offers put and call options on market traded items such as plex, minerals, etc. Investors would be able to take short or long positions to hedge or speculate on the future value of things. The main problem is how to present it so it isn't automatically assumed to be a scam. I originally thought I would need to involve a trusted third party, but I have not been able to devise a workable method of doing so.

There are now 12 days left in the first month of this scheme.
That means there are now 12 days left to invest at the 12% first-month rate.
It also means there are now 12 days left before the first interest payment is due to the first investor.
Which means that in order to get the 12% first-month rate, you have to invest without any real evidence that interest will ever actually be paid. Which is, I think, fitting for a high-rate, unsecured, faith-based loan.
