This auction is for a current single man corp that is based in Caldari Empire space.
Within a few days the standings will be good enough for anybody to take over the corp and setup a POS in .5 Caldari space. Currently the corp is standing at 4.7x and the character that is setting this up is at 6.2x standing.
I am an alt of the main character and contact will be through myself until time of the transaction is complete. The corp has a generic non-descript name and the main character has no known enemies in game.
The winning bidder will be allowed to join the corp with any character they have specified to myself and will then be made a Director. At that point the ISK will be transferred as well as corp shares from my main. They must then remove my rights totally from corp and I will leave corp.
Starting Bid 500mil
Increments 50mil
End Date Monday 11th December - 20:00
Snipe Rule 15 Minutes
Reserve None, This Will Go For 500mil If Offered
Buyout None Set, But For A Very Good Offer One Maybe Accepted

Correct me if I'm wrong but your corp standings are based on your personal standings, so once you leave the corp your corporations standings are irrelevant...I thought corp standings were an average of all the player's standings. Was a good idea however.

I also have a fair bit of experience in transferring my standings to Corporations for the purpose of setting up POS, Eight Succsesful transfers to date.
This offer wil work fine. All the customer needs to do is put a science alt with corporation management 1 and Anchoring 1 and no standings into the corp, The standings will maintain level indefinetly. I have corporations I left 3 month ago that still have the standings I left them with.
Alternatively as the OP states any one with standings to faction can join and anchor a POS in the first few days of ownership, once anchored the standings can drop without effecting the tower.

Many thanks for your feedback here.
This is actually the third one that I have done, the only reason I am talking with the alt is to shield the name of the new corp against possible enemies of the winning bidder.
This way the corp can be transferred to the new CEO character or an alt of their's and not easily ever be targeted should they currently be in a corporation or alliance war.
