That's some funny stuff LaneHacker, I can't believe they caved to your taunting instead of just shutting blink off on local, switching to secure cans or just moving to a new system. People are so excitable sometimes.
Sadly with insurance as generous as it is, he probably only lost a few million and is back in a new Apocalypse already...

He can afford a BS, but he can't afford to keep a kestrel or breacher loaded with cruise and a scrambler in system as a throw-away ship? Or an equipped alt? Killing ore theives is the most fun I've had in Eve till I joined EV and started running around in Stain more.

Story seems rather "made up" for a lack of better words.
For one thing if Apoc was to fire a salvo from few tachs or megas i doubt that badger would still be there.
Afterall concord does not read your minds so that they can kill you before you commit crime.
Second WTF does this has to do with battleship strip miners?
Strip miners come in groupes and have disposable alts to deal with this kind of annoyance.

If that happened to me, fair enough, its the risk I take with jet-cans, but I aint firing at someone above 0.5 to get it back.
I may switch to my alt in a kestrel and try and find him again to shove a few torps up his ass as i dont mind losing a frig, but for 130k scord - it aint worth it

Griefers like you tell people who aren't interested in getting ganked that they should stick in high-sec systems. Then when they stick in high-sec systems, you find other ways of ruining their game experience.
Bottom line is that you have endless ways of playing the game without ever having to force anyone to have an experience they don't want. You can fight in 0.0 systems, you can join an alliance war, you can JIP-camp low-sec systems. But no, unless the victim is unwilling, unless he or she is going to be actually caused real distress or loss by your actions, then you can't get a kick out of it. So, basically, your whole game is based on ****ing off other gamers. If you're not ****ing people off, then you're not having fun.
That's really a bit pathetic mate.
