I'm asking because for the past few months I've been trying to get my hands on a 50-100 run BPC of 125mm Railgun II, Small Shield Booster II and a 1NM Afterburner II. I've started to PVP in my AF's and I tend to lose quite a few so it's only for personal use.

See who you buy off and see if they will come to a deal for you , the thing with copies of tech2 is that it takes much longer to make a copy than it does to build.

Mostly the people who do T2 BPCs do so because the item in question doesn't sell as fast as they might be able to build them, or the profit margin is so low it's not worth the effort.
Personally I fall into the above category. I do Nemesis BPCs because the demand and profit margin on the ships is too low to be worth the effort. I also do Oneiros BPCs on occasion between build batches. When my stock of Oneiros ships to sell is low, I build more.
Some may also do BPCs because they just can't be bothered to collect the materials needed for building and don't mind making less money for less effort. Usually the BPC cost plus the material costs put your expenses above what it would cost you to just buy the items built. Often the people who want BPCs in that case are taking them to 0.0 space to build and don't want to have to transport heavy loads of gear, and so will pay a little extra for the BPCs.

Sometimes on Escrow you could find some sort runs copys. Prolly guys who didn't want to sell, but couldn't be bothered to produce. But for the most part, especially with something like guns, that sell well, you will try to talk to them and work out a deal. You will likely have to pay several times the price of a gun per run however, as each copy made could be a run of several guns.
