My experiences (for science) are inline with his view.
Gotta remember we're talking about races with tens of thousands of years of evolutionary off-shooting. Not races on today's earth. I've met many Sebiestors for example who're well over seven or eight feet tall, for instance. So keeping in mind proportionality...
