Consider the implications. It works on DNA, therefore one could fix nervous systems in animals and humans. It also could be used as a DNA weapon! --------------------------

It uses DNA, it doesn't work on it. And it's a transistor, transitors don't do interesting things like kill things, they just make a computer work...

Cotton wool soacked in a poison liquid that vaporises in contact with air can still kill you

that wouldnt make the cotton wool the weapon, mearly the vehicle. But i suppose you could cram a bunch of cotton wool into someones throat. that would be a weapon. Come to think of it, is there ANYTHING that cant be used as a weapon?
