maybe i missed it but nowhere is there a "suggested ships to fly in pvp" thread, could anyone post their suggested ship and the ships purpose and I'll make a global list out of them.
do you have a loved one that's playing wow? give them a hug and tell tham that if they need a real mmo they can look no farther than eve |

Any ship is viable.
Here's what i'm using now:
Mammoth
180mm Dual Autcannon I
Small Energy Neutralizer I
1MN AB
1x J5 Warp drive inhibitor
1x X5 web
2x Sensor booster
3x Reinforced Bulkheads
1x Damage Control I
For Caldari i recommend the Badger Mk II, the Bestower is decent enough i guess for amarr, and for Gallente the Ity V really shines.

Makes sure to fill the cargo hold full of the valubles, the more its worth the stronger the tank, and it will attract people for you to fight
Id go for thr ity V as well, its unlikly something could stand long agaisnt that attacking you,

for caldari I use a BB or Merlin depending on my mood. When in groups I bring out my fire support Drake.

well depends on the style you want to play, if you want to solo, go in an
AF/HAC/Inty/Cruiser.. its all up to you tbh, if you can afford to lose it, you can fly it (as long as it has reasonable firepower)

what exsactly are you using the bb and merlin for, the bb's some kinda tackle/ecm i'm guessing

Shame on you, Destr0math, some poor lad seems to have taken you seriously:
The other day some guy jumped his Mammoth right into our large bubble. On the other hand (surprisingly enough really) the ship was able to absorb a lot of damage.

Harbinger is nice for good gankage, provided you know how to maneuver a BC in combat. T2 guns (scorch FTW) help a LOT too, can save your ass vs drone ships or blasterboats. Cyclone can be good too (but my shield skills suck, so poo), just remember to use the cap injector so you can permatank with an XL booster.
