Well I need to set some corp members up with some mission//ratting Incursus. Though, I'm not one to know how to set up for PvE, I just use my PvP prophocy for PvE.
Any suggestions? This will be used is low and high sec DED space and I guess up too level II missions if possible. I'm not to sure on how to fit one of these...*

It's a nice PvP ship, but it doesn't have enough low slots to armour tank or enough grid to fit a medium shield extender without max fitting skills or a MAPC.
You can just about fit
3x150mm I
AB I, cap recharger, empty/civ shield booster)
2xmag field stab I
on it with high fitting skills, which is going to be fun if you have a gang but can't tank anything that gets close.
Tristan can tank a bit:
2x150mm 2xrocket launcher
AB, web, cap recharger
2x Energised basic platings (less cpu/skill req), small armor rep
You'll need to drop down to 125mm and/or used named guns if you don't have high fitting skills.

Well like I said I'm used to PvP and I need something I can toss at corp newbies to get on their feet. Right now I'm making mining Navitis en bulk. But that's not going to get very much PvE done.*

The purpose of the Incursus is not to be used on its own, but in a large group, like a bunch of giant drones, as the description says.
The fitting for that would be 2 blasters, 1 nos, afterburner, an armor repairer and maybe a plate or nanofibre hull, with cap rechargers. Get 16 of these and have yourself a jolly good time

First, dont send em to lvl2 missions in their frigs, without much skill, they will die quickly.
Personally, i ratted in a Tristan when i was a noob, but incursus aint bad either.
3x 125mm rails
1x AB
2x Cap Rechargers
1x Armor Rep
1x Energized Adaptive Membrane/Nanofiber

SAR, cap rely
Can take out BC rats - dunno about mission running
maybe they should train matari or amarr frigs (frig 4 aint hard to train)- much better pve ships

SAR, Mag stab or active hardener-
This setup can take 0.0 BS's, slowly but surely- and makes some great cash. If u get jumped or smoked it's cheap to replace.
p.s.-watch the way u approach rats- the transversal means that the bs's can 2 shot u if ur not careful
