Hey there
i was wondering if there are corps / pilots offering FC-for-Hire Services ?
epxerience in fleet / gang-warfare is of course a must, but , not to be understeimated
should be patience and willingness to teach and help others.
payment is also considered, so what would be a fair and decent payout ?
the idea would be to have somene with enough experience teach the players / pilots ionvolved
so much and thoroughly so that they can take over in a fair amount of time.
please contact me if you have any pointers on this.

Never met a single Caldari FW worth fighting beside in my time in Caldari FW... Minnie, on the other hand, has some great FCs from my personal experience. And Gallente FCs apparently specialize in blob tactics, with a sprinkling of blob on the side, topped off with blob. |

I can count on one hand the number of FC's I've flown with who do anything other than
A - Scout : usually just one, usually to just one system, usually the system they want to jump into next. If clear, jump fleet. If not, evaluate possibility for a fight.
B - Pick a fight, get scout to call point
C - Jump in fleet, call primaries until FC dies, then exclaim "Oh noes, I'm dead. 'somebody' call primaries." And that either works or it doesn't, based on whether there happens to be an assertive player in the fleet who doesn't mind sticking his or her neck out.
If you can do these things, you will at least be doing the same things your opponents are doing.
FCing beyond that is something rarely practiced, and rarely advertised where it exists. In fact, many "ABC" FC's don't even recognize any other kind of approach as valid, but take deviation from the basics to be an indication of inexperience.
The primary virtue of most common FC's is almost entirely in their ability to gauge the outcome of a fight. |
