Hi, another newbie here  , and appropriate question follows:
Recently got Buster frigate, and size of it`s drone bay=0, so i can`t fit my brand new shining mining drone in there  .
The questions are:
-is there a way to install bay into ship which do no have it ?
-is there any guide for using mining drones ?

1) No. It's an intrinsic, un-modifyable aspect of the ship.
2) Not really, but it's rather simple anyway. Use them like any other drone (right click "drones in bay" then "launch drones" then, with the asteroid selected, right-click "drones in space" and select "mine repeatedly").

Thanks, everything clear about that now.
If I can`t change drone bay size, then I`ll change the ship , as soon, as got enough credits for that.

I assume you're talking about the Burst Frigate.
It's actually designed for mining, if you do a ShowInfo on the craft. Terribly efficient at it, compared to larger craft? No, not really... but adding a small Mining Drone or two may not be the way to increase the yield if you are staying in Frigates. (Actually... I'm not sure any Minmatar Frigates have a dronebay. Edit: Vigil & Probe do. Who knew?!  )
If you are looking to get the next step up, the beautiful Scythe Cruiser might be what you need. Once again, it is designed for mining. With a bit of selective skill-training, you can fit 3 Mining Laser II's on it (as well as two Missle Launchers for light defense) Normally multiple Co-Processors are required to power all this up, at first. It also has a dronebay... which holds a mighty single small drone. 
In spite of the uncharacteristically good looks and performance (a trademark of all Minmatar designs), you can usually find these Scythes on the market for a mere 2.5 to 3 million ISK. (Fittings are extra, but not that expensive, either)
