I have a weird problem with Manufacturing that I hope someone can help with. I am at a station with some free factory slots, I have 3 types of BPO's at the station (light missile, hybrid ammo and projectile ammo). I had planned to make some projectile ammo and some missiles but when I try to install the BPO's into factory slots all it shows is the hybrid ammo BPO's. It does not matter if I try and install from my own hangar or from the corp hangar, only the hybrid ammo shows up.
Can anyone explain what the problem is and possibly what I can do to remedy it?
Thanks in advance. |

Some questions here:
Are you sure all the 3 bpo's are at station?
If yes, how do you build? cuz you should right click the bpo and go from there. |

I had a similar problem when starting from the lab and trying to browse to the bpo. If I right clicked on the bpo and went in that way it worked.

This was the problem, I was trying to browse to the BPO through the lab. When I right-clicked the BPO I wanted to install it worked. =)
Thanks for the help.

Yeah, I re-read the patch notes and the change they made didn't even come anywhere close to fixing the issue. When I update my guide next (and I'm debating whether waiting for more to happen with Invention), I'll re-insert this text: Quote: Note that any blueprint that has not been used (copying, research, or manufacturing) cannot be "seen" by this tab, so they cannot be used remotely until you have been at the same station as the blueprint, right-clicked on it and chosen an activity to use it for, and gotten the game to try to send you to the quote screen. Note that this means it works just fine even if you choose an installation in a different system (which will make the blueprint viewable by this tab, but cannot start a job); all that matters is that it try to generate a quote.
Now what does it say that I thought to save that exact text, just in case? Now if only I had saved the part where I mentioned you could just do it remotely by finding the blueprint with the Assets button... Oh well, that's a short blurb anyway.
