I hav a similar setup and it works great, although i use mwd without a medium nos.
Invest in a TS web, they are great on this boat.

Your cap will be dead before you hit armour. It's great being Amarr, aint it? |

I normally use faction webs to catch close by ships off gaurd. In this case I put fleeting as the norm. I feel this is one of the few good tanks and good ganks in the game.
And I imagine your cap without the new rigs would be gone quickly.

I don't understand how dropping a nos for an MWD would nuke his cap, if he had a cap booster as well. Seems to me he could hold out for as long as he had charges, or as long as it took someone to overwhelm his tank with pure dps.
BTW, the OP's setup seems pretty pricey. What's that setup worth? Also, is your CPU too tight to use TS energized adaptives instead of the TS adaptive nanos? If you can fit TS EANMs i would, extra resist ftw. - - -

it wont nuke his cap.
Basically, small gng u may aswell forgo any tackling bs
4 HP II
MWD 2x WEB (or 1 SB)
MAR II 3 HS II 1 DC 1 therm t2 1 ean II
U really shouldnt have to tank much if this is for small gang pvp, use the ships relative speed. Also the cap booster isnt necessary, but meh

If you are going for pulse, my setup is more along:
All T2 of course.
4 Heavy Pulse 1 Nos -- 1 10 AB 1 Scram 1 web -- 1 Med Armor Rep 1 EANM 1 Thermal 3 HS 1 Cap II (or another EANM)
I find the tank holds its own and the damage is good. I must say, the Zelot is my all time favorate ship in the game at the moment because its fast and has the hitting power of a truck. In larger gangs though, a Heavy Beam setup whicch looks completely different is also something to be considered - that setup is a secret however, and you will have to ask Hiigaren for it if you are interested (he made me promise!!) --
