To the login screen, right down there next to the patch notes. Ok maybe not there, cause some people will read it wrong still, maybe the other side
Put the GMT time there, and kill off 100+ patch day "when will the server be up" threads, freeing up my bandwidth, so I can find out whos smackn who today, what scam auctions are currently available, why pirates have it so rough, and what carebears think about it...

I'd prefer a little 'server's up' info on the login screen long with lag and network status info.

If people learnt to read and not be lazy we wouldnt have this problem. CCP need to have a big neon sign pop up telling the time and what time its due to come up

With the server time and the lag/network status ... yeah.
There's not much use of a lonely 'server's up' status display as long as you can log on and lag out or sit in queues.
