It's just ME at the moment, but I'll be putting the timings in soon enough, and probably a call out to one of the market data sites for material and item costs in Jita.

What it does:

Shows you material use for blueprints, allowing for adjustment to ME and your production efficiency by slider

Todo list

I need to get it to use the proper waste percentage. Right now it assumes 10%
Look at negative ME values, to see how they work, and how I can make them work.
I need to get it to put in the extra materials. Right now, it's base materials only.
I need to update the underlying DB for crucible. Just Incarna for now.
I need to tie it into a price system.
I need to make it look pretty.

http://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/blueprints/

It's inspired by http://zofu.no-ip.de/bpo but with some sliders for you to do your own adjustments. up to 500 ME

Maybe some ideas?

-production time now is in station
Maybe ad POS (normal and rapid production) and the use of the manufacturing implant?
Pefect PE?

-cost
Maybe add the price of the wasted materials when you don't have perfect ME / see how much you can profit from reseach
Same for wasted PE?

Dunno what is possible, but keep it up, it's looking good. And a good tool never looks pretty

basiaclly people have toons skilled to certain PE ME, requiring them to set it EVERY TIME they use the thing is a bad design

personally i use old wolfsinger's Beta BPC calculator, its slow, half broken and has old prices :/ but it works :)
yours will be perfect once it remembers stuff so i dont have to click in 5 places every time i use it

Should now do what you want. Doesn't maintain blueprint details, but does, if you hit the link, sets cookies that stores your Industry and production efficiency. It'll maintain it between sessions too (As long as the browser manages cookies right. I think the IGB does)

Doesn't work quite the way that you suggested, but should be more useful long term. Cookie settings are overridden by the settings in the link.

At some point in the future, I may add cookie storage for specific blueprints.

Regular POS time added. If I do the rapid time, I'll need to add in the modification to materials. Probably a future release.

Thinking about implant time.

There you go. :) It'll store the prices in a cookie specifically for that. Just hit the edit link on the prices, stick in your new ones (if the change doesn't show up, just hit enter and it should)

Then hit the save link to persist them.

Anyone who recently ran into trouble, oops. my bad. I was editing the live copy when I thought I was on the dev copy.

Hello Steve!

Nice and easy to use page. Thank you for sharing and I must say, your response times to customer proposals are exemplary

I hope you will update your page soon with my little notes: You are not calculating your quotes correctly. Sadly there is much more to do than selecting the invTypeMaterials and ramTypeRequirements table

I) Removing recylceable material components

If a component in the ramTypeRequirements table is marked as recycleable you have to remove it's components from the raw section. An example is the Improved Cloaking Device II (http://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/blueprints/calc.php?bpid=11577&me=0&mpe=1&pe=0&ind=1). There are 20 Morphite in the raw category but you must remove those 10 from the Prototype Cloaking Device and then calculate the wastage:
|====================================================================|
| NAME | REQUIRED | MISSING | DMG/JOB | WASTE |
|====================================================================|
| Raw Material (1x) | | | | |
|--------------------------------------------------------------------|
| Morphite | 13 | 13 | 100.00% | 23.0% |
|--------------------------------------------------------------------|
| Extra Material (6x) | | | | |
|--------------------------------------------------------------------|
| Graviton Pulse Generator | 10 | 10 | 100.00% | |
| Miniature Electronics | 5 | 5 | 100.00% | |
| Photon Microprocessor | 10 | 10 | 100.00% | |
| Prototype Cloaking Device I | 1 | 1 | 100.00% | |
| R.A.M.- Electronics | 1 | 1 | 15.00% | |
| Transmitter | 10 | 10 | 100.00% | |
|--------------------------------------------------------------------|
| Skill (3x) | | | | |
|--------------------------------------------------------------------|
| Graviton Physics | 2 | 2 | | |
| Industry | 5 | 5 | | |
| Quantum Physics | 2 | 2 | | |
|--------------------------------------------------------------------|

Quote for: Improved Cloaking Device II, Material Efficiency Level: 0
Production Efficiency Skill: I, Production Slot Modifier: 1.0
(I set that in code blocks for the one day, CCP decides to reintroduce it)

Please see the posts by Matthew and Fubar http://www.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=1220024#30 and following

II) Production Efficiency Waste:

PE waste also applies to extra materials (!) IF and ONLY IF, the same components are in the raw materials. A good example are bombs: http://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/blueprints/calc.php?bpid=27918&me=0&mpe=1&pe=0&ind=1

You see that there are "only" 3k Tritanium waste, but the in-game quote is much, much higher, because the waste is also applied to the extra materials making the bill of materials like this
|===============================================================|
| NAME | REQUIRED | MISSING | DMG/JOB | WASTE |
|===============================================================|
| Raw Material (7x) | | | | |
|---------------------------------------------------------------|
| Isogen | 2,290 | 13,675 | 100.00% | 99.5% |

| Pyerite | 125,171 | 750,378 | 100.00% | 99.9% |
| Tritanium | 287,068 | 1,657,408 | 100.00% | 96.5% |
| Zydrine | 320 | 1,855 | 100.00% | 96.8% |
|---------------------------------------------------------------|
| Extra Material (7x) | | | | |
|---------------------------------------------------------------|
| Isogen | 11,385 | 13,675 | 100.00% | |
| Megacyte | 349 | 432 | 100.00% | |
| Mexallon | 59,933 | 71,933 | 100.00% | |
| Nocxium | 2,268 | 2,735 | 100.00% | |
| Pyerite | 625,207 | 750,378 | 100.00% | |
| Tritanium | 1,370,340 | 1,657,408 | 100.00% | |
| Zydrine | 1,535 | 1,855 | 100.00% | |
|---------------------------------------------------------------|
| Skill (1x) | | | | |

Melt value as in 'how much I get if I recycle it?' Pretty much the perfect cost, multiplied by whatever recycling value you get based on skills and standing. Or are you wanting to see buy values for materials as well? Hmm. Might bake that into a new page, rather than adding it to this one.

Afraid not on the multiple jobs. Again, might bake that into a new tool, using this one to save off blueprints. Then you'd select the ones you want, stick in a number of runs, and it'd give you the values.

This tool is really based around 'How worth it is it to research this to a particular level'.

But thanks for the suggestions

Toggle added to switch between sell and buy prices. All based off a somewhat live data feed.

It's pulling prices from a consumer I have running on EMDR. So mineral prices tend to be up to date. Rarer stuff, less so. If you want to look at the latency, I have sell prices being dumped once an hour to http://www.fuzzwork.co.uk/market/prices.csv
