They both dropped many a bling which has all gone to kinsy to put on his battleships as he needs all the help possible to be affective. Thus i would recommend killing him at EVERY chance possible.

That Relevation had a 32% cap relay fitted (or whatever % the best one is).

Although I wasn't there I'm under the impression the dreadnaught was part of a pos assault.
The only npc'ing capital ship we've seen recently was the Thanatos that popped last night.
